Booking Terms and Conditions
Please read the following booking conditions carefully as the person making the booking is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these conditions on behalf of all persons in the booking.
Deposit And Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the tour fare is required upon booking. However, a payment of deposit does not constitute the confirmation of tour. Full payment is required at least one month before departure or your booking may be cancelled and the appropriate charges apply.
In the case of cruise booking, the cruise operator's booking terms and conditions shall apply.
Tour Fare
Tour fare is subject to revision without notice. Tour fare excludes passport and visa fees, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, unspecified meals or tours and expenditure of a personal nature such as room service, laundry, telephone calls, beverages, optional excursions, gratuities to drivers and tourist guides, etc.
Administrative/Amendment Fee
Unless otherwise stated on the booking page, an administrative fee of S$25.00 per amendment per passenger to an existing booking will be charged after reservations have been acted upon. An additional fee of S$75.00 per ticket will be added if air ticket have been issued. These charges will apply in addition to any charges imposed by hotels, ground operators, tour wholesaler and airlines.
An amendment does not constitute a transfer to another tour wherein cancellation fees shall apply.
Unless otherwise stated on the booking page, any change of booking within 10 days prior to departure will be considered a cancellation and the applicable cancellation fees will be levied accordingly.
In the case of cruise booking, the cruise operator's booking terms and conditions shall apply. In addition, an administration fee of $20 per person for each amendment to an existing booking will apply.
Withdrawal, Cancellation & Refund
Deposit paid to us are not refundable once the booking is made.
In the event of a cancellation, unless otherwise stated on the booking page, the following charges will apply when written notice of withdrawal is received:

It is possible that dates/timings of tours or itinerary may change slightly or even be cancelled after a booking has been accepted. You may then:
- continue the tour as varied or
- accept an alternative tour which we may offer
Sunny Holiday Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as The Company) reserves the right to cancel a tour at any time before departure for any reason whatsoever, including insufficient number of participants. In that event, our liability is limited to a refund of monies paid.
In the case of cruise booking, the cruise operator's booking terms and conditions shall apply. In addition, an administration fee of $25 per person will apply.
Refund of Unused Services
No refunds, either in part or in full, will be made for unused air tickets, ground transportation, meals and accommodation or sightseeing tours not taken.
During the tour, if there are difficult and unco-operative tour members whose act and conduct the tour leader in charge considers to be unreasonable and detrimental to the enjoyment, well-being, interest and safety of other tour members, the tour leader concerned possesses full discretion to deal with such persons as he/she deems fit, including requiring them to leave the tour. In this respect. the decision of the tour leader is final and our company shall not make refund for any uncompleted portion of the tour.
Travel Documents
It is the passenger's sole responsibility to obtain a passport valid for at least 6 months and visas (if required), for the country to be visited. Please consult the local consulate/embassy on visa requirements. The Company cannot be held response or liable for any expense, reimbursement or refund of tour prices if any passenger is refused entry by any country before departure or during the tour for whatever reason, including but not limited to non-possession of necessary visas.
Baggage
Passengers are allowed baggage not exceeding 20 kilograms per person. Excess baggage charges must be paid locally by passengers. Only one piece of cabin luggage is allowed, subject to the regulations imposed on the dimension, weight and type of such cabin luggage.
The Company assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to baggage or belongings whilst they are in the custody of the airlines, other transportation companies, accommodation suppliers or the passenger.
Accommodation
Adult fare is usually based on 2 adults sharing a twin or double room while child fare is applicable to a child above 2 years of age and under 12 years of age in a room of 2 adults. Single occupancy of a room by choice or circumstance is subject to a supplement. Infant fare include only one air passage but without a seat on board. Upon request, a bassinet on board and/or a baby cot in the room can be provided if available.
Meal
Special diet requirements whether on board or during the tour should be made known at the time of booking. Whenever possible, arrangements to provide them will be made subject to availability.
Change of Arrangements
In case of force majeure, it may be necessary to alter or modify routines, transportation, accommodation, meals, sightseeing, etc. Should this occur, The Company will do all possible to substitute arrangements for a similar nature and value.
Travel Insurance
The Company strongly recommend all tour participants to purchase travel insurance for trip cancellation, hospitalisation, medical and loss of baggage etc.
Complaint / Claim
Any complaint / claim must be made in writing within 7 days after completion of the tour. All disputes, if any, will be subject to the Singapore Court of Law.
Responsibility
The Company and its associated agents act only as agents for the passengers and the transportation companies, accommodation companies, entertainment and meal suppliers and other principals involved in this tour. All tickets and vouchers are issued subject to the terms and conditions in the contract under which such transportation and other services are provided.
The company and its agents are not responsible and expressly disclaim any liability for any injury, illness, damage, loss, delay, accident or irregularities that may be caused to person or property and all bookings are subject to the usual terms, conditions and contract of the owner or operator of the services involved.
The Company does not accept any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly or indirectly by events which are beyond its control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on its part including but not limited to war, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, Act of Gods, Government or any authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.
